foreign countries (except Germany and Austria): we use DHL (German Post) or post.at (Austrian Post), we ship only insured (insurance is included), because the risk of losing a package is too high and not worth the risk. Shipping costs are 15 EUR for Europe and 35 EUR worldwide. We are not responsible for customs. Time of delievery: It will take 3-20 days to receive your goods, it depends on your country.

Paying methods: Cash in advance: We’ll send you an invoice (per email/PDF) with all informations. Than you have to pay the total amount and we are going to ship your package after receiving the money. Please make sure that all charges are paid, so that we receive the requested total amount. Please use always the IBAN/BIC-codes as it is possible. To proof our seriosity, please check our accounts at www.ebay.de (seller: sneaker-selection) and www.hood.de (seller: backtoback).
You can also pay with Paypal, but we charge 5% of the total amount, because we are billed also by Paypal. Please use order@backtoback.de. We do not ship C.O.D. (Cash on delievery) to countries outside Germany and Austria, because it is too expensive.
